Prior to joining Polaris, Wayne was a management consultant at Capgemini. For over 10 years, he consulted to global financial services clients in Australia, Canada, US and UK on a variety of wealth management, retail banking, institutional, risk management and compliance engagements. Wayne has enabled financial services organisations to (i) transform their business and IT strategies, (ii) comply with domestic/international regulatory requirements, e.g., Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Basel, and (iii) integrate/optimize their operations after mergers and acquisitions.
