Vinodh Chelambathodi (VC) is heading the Global HR function at Polaris. Vinodh has over 20 years of rich HR experience across various organizations in India most of them being top IT players. He has held key positions in many organizations like Capgemini India where he was the Vice President, HR.
Prior to Capgemini, he was with HCL Technologies for 6 good years handling the HR Function for major Business Units. He has also played pivotal roles in companies like Flextronics (Aricent) for close to 8 years. Vinodh holds a Masters in Business Administration from Madras Christian College, Chennai and a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata. He is renowned for his Strategic Business Partnering, Organizational Development Strategies, and Change Management.
