S Swaminathan (Swami) is the Chief Financial Officer of Polaris Financial Technology Limited. Earlier, he served as the Deputy CFO, where he was instrumental in handling the business finance function and keying strategic initiatives. He has over 30 years experience in varied business environments and brings with him rich experience in Finance, Cost Management, Business Planning and Process orientation.
Before joining Polaris, Swami was with the TVS Group earlier, where he was President - Strategic Initiatives & CFO of TVS Electronics Ltd for over 8 years. Before his tenure at TVS, he was VP & CFO of Carrier India, the Air conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration Company of the UTC group for over 11 years. He also has experience as Works Accountant in for the Greaves Cotton Group in one of their factories for 6 years.
