S.R.Ramaswami (SRR) was previously the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and Global Sales Operations for 18 months. He was responsible for rolling out the four strategies under the Six Capitals and implementing Global Account Strategic plans and Sales Operations.

Ramaswami played a key role in championing and commercializing of Polaris Application Certification Enterprise (PACE) brand of Testing service and has been instrumental in evolving Insurance vertical during the period 2005-2010. He also implemented Enterprise Risk Management for Polaris with the help of Ernst & Young.

Prior to joining Polaris in 2002, he was President & COO of Indchem Software, CEO of RealSoft, SVP at Kumaran Soft and Managing Director of Sai Shrusti CyberSystems and Consulting and was also a Banker with Indian Overseas Bank. He started his career as a Project Analyst with a World Bank project.

He is a member of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Annamali University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - India, and additionally holds a Diploma in Law (Labour & Administration).
