Senthilkumar Ravindran heads the Sales and Solutions Group for Europe and is based in London.
In his current role, Senthil is responsible for taking Polaris' innovative propositions across Digital, Analytics, Payment, Risk & Regulatory and High Productivity Outsourcing (HPO) to Clients and prospects. He leads a diverse team of Solutions Experts representing both vertical and horizontal practices and plays a critical role of connecting several dots to service our clients better.
Senthil has over 16 years of Industry experience and has been focused on the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain throughout his career. He has led several complex transformation programs that have resulted in significant business impact for our clients. His rich global experience is balanced across leadership roles in Delivery Management, Consulting and Sales.
Prior to joining Polaris in 2000, Senthil was with Tata Consultancy Services, and has been a part of several innovative initiatives in mainframe as well as open systems.
