As the Chief Strategy Officer at Polaris, Sanjay focuses on and drives large, transformational deals for strategic accounts globally. Sanjay has significant experience in operational excellence, transformation, risk and compliance, strategic initiatives resulting in business growth and enhanced client experience. He has a successful track record of efficiently managing and growing global P&L; and evolving strategies for converting big ideas into results. Sanjay has been part of esteemed organizations such as Citigroup, BlackRock, Merrill Lynch, CAPCO and State Street Bank and has performed global strategic roles in these companies. He holds an MBA from University of Rochester and has undergone professional certifications from The Wharton School of Business and Harvard.
Additionally, Sanjay is a Member of the Executive Advisory Committee at the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester and has been a member of the board / chair for several international committees. He is also involved in community and social services such as United Way, Junior Achievement, Centers for Orphan Children and Tsunami & Katrina Disaster Relief Activities
