and Lean Sigma.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate
from BIT, Pradeep has pioneered Policy Deployment
implementation in BPO industry and is an
expert on implementing 'manufacturing principles'
in the BPO & IT industry.
In
his earlier stints as President of Ninestars
Information Technologies Ltd., Executive
Director for Datamatics Technologies Ltd
and MD & CEO for Lason India Ltd., Pradeep
also pioneered the concepts of Rural BPO,
Campus BPO, CSR BPO and distributed value
chain model in BPO industry.
Pradeep has co-authored the book 'Brand
Wise' on leveraging people for creating
brand.
