Kedar joined Citicorp Overseas Software Limited (COSL) in 1985 and has grown with the organization since then. Kedar has 25+ years of Technology outsourcing experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical, having delivered global solutions across Private Banking, Credit Cards, Corporate Banking, Cash Management and Capital Markets.
Kedar set up Polaris super-specialty centre for Capital Markets and Wealth management in Hyderabad and has extensive experience in large global outsourcing engagements, transformational initiatives, global sourcing enablement and establishment of dedicated off-shore centres (ODCs) for customers. Currently, Kedar is responsible for value enhancement through integration of financial technology practices across the banking spectrum with special focus on strategic accounts.
Kedar has been an active member of the managing committee of the Hyderabad Software Exporters’ Association (HYSEA), the apex body representing IT companies in Hyderabad, and served as its President from 2004 to 2006.
