He joined Polaris in 1996 and managed mission critical assignments in the areas of Retail Banking, Lending , Cards, Mortgages and Private Banking . A qualified Banker with over 12 years in Indian Banking ,he was responsible for the TBA and Branch automation and rollouts for specific regions within India for a Nationalized Bank.

He specialized in the area of Retail Banking leading the Vertical practice in Polaris . Currently he is leading a Business line for the Intellect Product line covering the Retail Banking products viz. Core Banking, Lending and Cards. Bharath is a member of the Management Committee in Polaris.
