Ashish is currently responsible for heading the Global Strategic Deal team. As part of this initiative, he is responsible for shaping and winning large transformation deals for Polaris globally.

Ashish has been the driving force behind Polaris’ expansion in Europe. He has also managed the top 3 Global Relationships of Polaris and grown them significantly in the last 3 years. Under his stewardship, Polaris has successfully secured large Consulting, Outsourcing, Offshoring and product implementation deals.

Ashish is a Business focused leader with extensive knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry. He has a 16+ year global track record of building profitable and enduring client relationships, and delivering predictable, high growth results in Outsourcing, Offshoring, and Consulting businesses in the Financial Services industry.

Ashish has worked with large Multinationals like IBM and HCL Technologies. Ashish holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from a TOP 5 B school in India.
