With
an experience of 15 years in senior leadership
roles, Amit has worked extensively in the
UK and India as Head / CEO of Indian operations
of UK multinationals. Amit is an experienced
IT management professional and has been
deeply involved in management, development
and delivery of business / IT strategies.
Amit has strong knowledge
of software operations in offshore-onshore
set-ups & a proven expertise in managing
culturally and geographically diverse teams.
Amit
served as Managing Director of RBS India till
2007 and helped conclude a very successful
transition of Churchill India (Now known as
RBS India Development Center) into The Royal
Bank of Scotland Group. Amit holds an Engineering
degree from IIT Varanasi, Insurance qualifications
from The Chartered Insurance Institute, UK
and is accredited as Direct Broker by IRDA
(India).
